Happy Birthday Victoria Justice. Today, Febraury 29 is Victoria’s 24th birthday and what a year it has been for the birthday girl.

In her 23rd year, Victoria released the TV musical, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and appeared in two episodes of Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life.

In her 24th year, she will release her new film, The Outskirts. The star is not attached to any projects as of yet, but we will keep you updated if that changes.
