Justin Bieber Arrives in Monterrey

Justin Bieber was spotted arriving in Monterrey, Mexico today, Feburuary 15. The singer seemed to be in good spirits as he departed his plane and headed into the airport.

Justin is in Monterrey to kick off his Purpose Stadium Tour. The first show on the tour will take place tonight at the Estadio BBVA Bancomer. Justin will then head to Mexico City later this week for the next three stops on tour.
