Justin Bieber was spotted leaving Mastro’s Steakhouse last night, February 8 in Beverly Hills. Justin kept his hood up as he departed the restaurant after dinner.
For those who do not know, after being off Instagram for the past couple of months, Justin has decided to return to the social media platform.
