Justin Bieber was spotted out in Miami today, January 1. Justin seemed to be in good spirits as he snacked on some ice cream in the Southern Florida city.

Last night, December 31, Justin rang in the New Year at the Foutainbleau nightclub. The singer took the stage and performed for the crowd of partygoers as they said goodbye to 2016 and said hello to 2017.
