Olivia Holt played the last show of her Rise of a Phoenix tour in Vienna, VA this Monday, November 21, Joined on the month long tour by Isac Elliott, Forever in Your Mind and Ryland, Olivia took the stage at Jammin’ Java and performed songs off her recent ep, OLIVIA, as well as a several covers.

Isac Elliott opened the show with a mainly acoustic set and did a good job warming the crowd up. He played mainly own songs and had fans dancing throughout his set. Forever in Your Mind hit the stage next and these three young men were a definite crowd favorite. Signed to Hollywood Records, the trio played songs off their recent EP, FIYM and had the audience screaming from start to finish. This may have been their last night on this tour, but it is definitely not the last time we will be seeing this group.

Producer/DJ Ryland came next and kept the party going; however, his music didn’t quite fit with the rest of the acts. Having him spin in between each act would have worked out a bit better. Although his music did get the audience pumped up for Olivia.

Olivia hit the stage last and it’s clear why she was the headliner. She was extremely personable with the audience, constantly singing to them and grabbing their hands. She did her best to connect with every fan and was a lot of fun to watch on stage. Olivia shined with her cover of DNCE’s “Cake by the Ocean” and her performance of “Phoenix” was a definite crowd favorite. Both songs had the crowd singing along. A highlight of the night was at the end when her entire crew handed her flowers to celebrate the tour’s final night and her opening acts came out to spray her with confetti and silly string.
