The first look at NBC’s Hairspray Live! has arrived! Starring Ariana Grande, Kristen Chenoweth, Jennifer Hudson, and Dove Cameron, this new live event arrives December 7.

The show will be based on the 2002 Broadway show which is also based on the 1988 movie. It tells the story of a young woman who chases her dream of joining her favorite dance show in 1960s Baltimore.
