Ariana Grande recorded music for the Hairspray Live soundtrack yesterday, November 10 in Los Angeles. Joined by her costars, Shahadi Wright Joseph and Ephraim Sykes, Ariana recorded her parts for songs like “Without Love” at Capitol Records studios.

Today, November 11, will be Ariana’s first day of rehearsals on the live musical. Ariana snapchatted a photo of herself on the way to rehearsals earlier today, while her Shahadi revealed in her selfie with the star, from their recording session, how excited she was to work with Ariana today.

The musical will go live on NBC on Wednesday, December 7!
