Troian Bellisario attended the Rally for Kids event in Toronto today, November 5. The event was held to raise money for the Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.

Troian was there with her fiance, Patrick J. Adams who was one of the celebrities scheduled to attend the event. Troian is in Toronto spending time with Patrick, who is filming new episodes of his USA show, Suits.

At the end of last month, Troian wrapped filming on her hit Freeform show, Pretty Little Liars. We are still unsure what she will do next, but we do know the star will be tying the knot very soon.
