Arrow Cast Plays “Yacht Or Not” & Ragman to Appear in Episode 5×03

The cast of Arrow played “Yacht or Not” on the WB yacht at San Diego Comic Con this past weekend. The cast was at the convention to promote the upcoming fifth season of their show.

Yesterday, July 27 it was announced that Bindspot’s Joe Dinicol had landed a recurring role in the upcoming season. He will play Rory Regan, aka Ragman, who hopes to find answers in Star City after a tragic accident.

It looks like Dinicol will make his first appearance in episode 5×03. Shooting on the episode began yesterday and, based on a photo from set, Dinicol will have a scene in the episode down in the bunker with Emily Bett Rickards, Echo Kellum, Ian Gomez and Madison McLaughlin.

The new season will begin this coming October!
