Gilmore Girls’ Scott Patterson shared a behind the scenes photo from the set of his new short film, Ape with Josh Hutcherson today, May 27. Scott plays Josh’s father in the new short, directed by Josh.

In Ape, To take control of his life, Travis Wilker must conquer the hallucinations that plagued his childhood. Production on the film wrapped in Los Angeles on May 22.

Variety is reporting, Ape is one of the five short films CNE will distribute “on its video hub, the Scene. The short films, produced by Indigenous Media, have the potential to be fully funded and produced as feature-length films based on audience reaction and buzz”
