Lily Collins Visits Tattoo Parlor

Lily Collins was spotted out in Los Angeles yesterday, April 29. Rocking a green sweater, Lily was seen visiting a local tattoo parlor with a friend.

Lily recently wrapped filming on her new film, To the Bone. Production began earlier this year on the film, which is about a girl who is struggling with anorexia.
