Justin Bieber was spotted doing a little shopping at Ralph’s yesterday, September 1, in Calabassas. The young actress looked to be in good spirits as he browsed the shelves with his entourage.

Justin is currently still riding high from his recent performance at the MTV Video Music Awards. After not being on the stage for a few years, Justin became a tad bit emotional after performing his new single “What Do You Mean” .
