People magazine held their “Ones to Watch” party last night, October 9, at Hinoki & The Bird in Los Angeles. ABCFamily stars Chelsea Kane and Avan Jogia were on hand to celebrate the evening.

Jesse McCartney, Corbin Bleu, Bailee Madison and Debby Ryan also attended the bash. The shindig was thrown to honor the rising stars in the industry according to People.
