Shailene Woodley was spotted with costar Andrew Garfield on the set of their new movie, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, today, February 24, in New York City. Shailene plays Mary Jane Watson in the superhero sequel.
Today marks the first day fans get a glimpse at Shailene as the iconic comic book character. Mary Jane is one of Spider-Man’s love interests in the comic book series. In the case of the movie, Spider-Man’s love interest is currently Gwen Stacy played by Emma Stone.
Rumors have been circulating that something significant happens to a character in this next movie and those who have read the comic most likely know what I am talking about, but I have a feeling we won’t find out if it is true until the movie is released.
