Justin Bieber had a bit of an issue in mid-January when photos of him allegedly smoking marijuana were sold to TMZ.com. Now TMZ is reporting new photos of Justin apparently holding a blunt are being shopped around to media sites.

TMZ has supposedly seen the photos which show Justin and his friend, “Lil Za casually passing the weed-filled stogie back and forth while hanging outside of an L.A. home.”

The photos were apparently taken yesterday, January 31. Lil Za was pulled over early this morning while out driving Justin’s white Ferrari, as well.
