Girl I’m Seeing

Shailene Woodley has been offered the role of Mary Jane Watson in the sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man. It was reported earlier in the week that the young star was in talks to star in the film, now Collider is reporting that she has been offered the role.

However, according to the site Shailene’s role will be a relatively small part in the second film in order to set up for the third film. We will not spoil why her part will be small for those who don’t know Peter Parker & Gwen Stacey’s story line in the comics. However, if you want to be spoiled, you can find out the reason here.

I love that they are sticking to the comics for this trilogy! I hope this means that the next one will be even better than the first!
