Justin Bieber did not look in the best of moods as he made his way towards a recording studio in London today, April 25.
Justin, who is across the pond to promote his album, Believe, was seen chatting away on his cellphone and trying to remain dry as he made his way towards into the recording studio from his car.
Hopefully, he wasn’t getting bad news!
