Justin Bieber was spotted at his manager Allison Kayes rehearsal dinner yesterday, April 13, in Palm Beach, Florida.

Justin was seen mingling with the attendees and seems to be having a good time at the dinner. Allison’s wedding is today, April 14, congratulations to the couple!

I wonder if Selena flew down to be with him for the wedding? Maybe, maybe not.
