Jennette McCurdy will be getting her own Nickelodeon show!

Today, March 14, Nickelodeon announced at their Upfronts in New York City that “a new Nickelodeon series from hit-maker Dan Schneider that will star Jennette McCurdy from iCarly” is currently in developement.

No word on what this means for Jennette’s role on iCarly. I am going to guess that either this upcoming season may be the last season if iCarly or they will find a way to write out Jennette’s character.
