Dakota Fanning was spotted on set of her new film, Effie, today December 4, at San Giovanni e Paolo in Venice, Italy.

The young star, who has taken sometime off from her first semester at college, has been hard at work filming for her new film, which is set to debut sometime in 2012.

Dakota always looks like she is having a blast on set!
