Miley Cyrus sat down with philStar.com to talk about her fans, her Gypsy Heart tour, and more. She is currently in Manila to perform at  Mall of Asia.
 
She spoke a bit about the time change and using Twitter to connect to her fans. Miley shared she doesn’t have twitter on her phone so she can shut it off when she needs some “me” time.
