Justin Bieber attended a reception for Japanese students affected by the March 11 earthquake and tsunami at the U.S. ambassador’s residence today,May 18, in Tokyo.

He was also seen heading to Fuji television for some interviews earlier in the day. Justin is set to perform tomorrow night in Tokyo, I know his fans there are so excited.
