Zac Efron attended the L.A. Housing 2011 Awards at The Music Box Theatre in Hollywood, CA tonight, May 12.

Zac looked quite dashing in his suit and tie. However, I was not a big fan of his new blonde highlights. Those really throw off his hotness factor for me.
