Chelsea Kane was spotted leaving the Dancing With The Stars dance studio today, April 28.
Chelsea and her partner, Mark Ballas, were taking a much needed break from rehearsing for this upcoming Monday’s show to grab some lunch.
Not really sure what Chelsea was going for with this outfit. The shoes are cute though.
