Miley Cyrus attended a press conference today, April 28, in Quito, Ecuador.

Miley, who just flew into the South American country, will be kicking off her Gypsy Heart Tour tomorrow, April 29, to a sold out crowd!

Even though these pics are not of the highest quality from what I can tell Miley looks good. The red lipstick throws me off a little, but I do like her outfit!
