The second installment in the Percy Jackson series could be arriving much sooner than we all thought! According to LA Times, the film could begin production this summer!

The second film is tentatively titled, Sea of Monsters, and would be the follow up to Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, which starred Logan Lerman.

I really hope they begin working on the film this summer! I really liked the first one and can’t wait for the second. I just hope that this doesn’t interfere with Logan filming The Perks of Being a Wallflower with Emma Watson.
