Joe Jonas was spotted out in West Hollywood on Wednesday night, February 16!

I like the outfit he is wearing, but I am not a big fan of the hat. I do not know why, but it just does not look that great on him.

Also, Joe and his brothers were spotted at the Ocean Grove concert last night, February 17, in Hollywood. They were there to support their pals who recently started a new band! The video of the boys leaving is above.
