Joe Jonas was spotted in New York City today, February 12. He was apparently in the Big Apple to do a photo shoot for his upcoming solo album.

Joe recently tweeted about a potential tour for his solo album. I’m really looking forward to hearing his stuff and I can’t wait to see these photo shoot pics!
